Cleanroom Technique training |
Clean room training Cleanroom training for laboratory personnel covers essential practices for contamination control, including proper gowning, cleaning and sanitization techniques, materials transfer, and an understanding of cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644. These programs ensure that staff are equipped to minimize particle and microbial contamination through correct behaviors, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regular air and surface cleanliness monitoring. Key Training Areas • Contamination control fundamentals: Identifying sources and types of contamination (e.g., microbial, particulate) and understanding the associated risks to experiments and products. • Personnel behavior and gowning: Learning controlled movements, proper gowning and de-gowning procedures, and protocols for handling equipment and materials. • Cleaning and sanitization: Correct use of disinfectants, detergents, and cleaning agents for surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment, including knowledge of cleaning frequencies, chemical validation, and residue management. • Material and product transfer: Following established procedures when bringing materials into or out of the cleanroom to prevent contamination. • Cleanroom standards and regulations: Gaining familiarity with ISO 14644, GMP guidelines, and other relevant regulatory requirements, including cleanroom classification systems. • Monitoring and validation: Understanding basic monitoring practices for airborne particles, surface microbes, and differential pressures to maintain cleanroom integrity. Benefits of Training • Promotes consistent understanding and application of protocols among all staff. • Reduces the risk of contamination that could compromise experimental outcomes or product quality. • Enhances personnel safety. • Helps maintain the required cleanroom classification for the facility. |

Concrete Slab 10m from the building right around the building at VPF |
A TLB will be required to excavate the ground (300mm) deep. (200mm to be backfilled with G5 and compacted with a roller stamper and 100mm will be for concrete) due to the condition of the soil. Polyethylene will the needed to cover the backfilled area before steel fixing. For boxing of the slab Steel shutters or wooden shutters will be required, a chalk lane for marking the level on shutters and oil must be applied on those shutters before steel fixing for concrete to give smooth edges during stripping. Corner fillets must be inserted for the slab edges. Steel fixing will be required 10mm bars and mesh wire together with 50mm cover blocks will be required together with a binding wire. Post concrete A compressor will be required to blow out all debris underneath the steel structure. Then after C25 concrete is the best to be ordered for concrete slab and during casting a sequence of pouring one block and jumping the second block and pour the third block will be applied. A straight edge will be used to level the concrete and hand floats will then follow to float the surface. On the next pour the left-over block will be casted and a soft board must be used to join new and old slab to avoid cracking. After casting concrete, during floating Curing compound must be used to retain moisture. When all this is done, we then have to cover the fresh poured slab with plastic to retain moisture and avoid cracks. |
