The employee's suitability for work will be evaluated by the physiotherapist. Will the employee's level of fitness allow them to resume their prior work description? What are the reports and recommendations, and why? Requirements for the supplier to consider when applying for this RFQ: 1. Supplier must have experience, competence, and have the expertise in Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) comprehensive assessment. 2. The results from the report supplied should be objective , complete data that can be used to guide treatment, return-to-work decisions, or disability claims 3. Supplier must have an established service operation in the Gauteng area, (or within 100km) to provide timely and cost-effective support.
