Protein Sequencing

The service provider is required to perform protein sequencing on 10 purified protein samples from Clostridia species and 1 from Bacillus species to determine peptide sequences and identify the proteins. The service should include in-gel digestion of the excised protein bands, mass spectrometry analysis and database searching for protein identification, delivery of a comprehensive report, and all work performed under appropriate quality control standards.
