Internet Connection · 2 X 200 Mbps (active/passive primary fibre and secondary wireless / microwave) dedicated, uncapped, unshaped & unthrottled internet service using different carriers / ISP. · Symmetric bandwidth. · Uninterruptible internet service, with minimum downtime. · Full installation / setup and testing of both internet lines. · Quality of Service (QoS) for VoIP and other services that may be required. · High quality 1:1 local and international bandwidth. · Guaranteed Uptime: ≥ 99.5%. · 5 SIP trunks must be usable on both links. · No Fair Usage Policy (FUP). 2. Managed Firewall · Provide a managed Firewall inclusive of the following capabilities: o Intrusion Detection. o Intrusion Prevention. · TLS 1.3 Inspection - Pre-packaged exceptions. · Stateful Inspection. · Network Address Translation. · Deep Packet Inspection - Streaming deep-packet inspection. · Application Acceleration. · Threat Intelligence Integration. · SD-WAN Capability. · URL Filtering and Content Filtering. · Loggin and Monitoring. · Synchronized Application Control (Integration with endpoint protection). · Web Control by user, group, category, URL, or Keywords. · IPS - Intrusion Protection Service. · Cloud Sandboxing - Dynamic run-time analysis of unknown files. · Machine Learning - Using multiple deep learning models. · Zero-Day Threat Protection - Analyse all unknown files using AI and ML. · Centrally managed capabilities. · Contention up to 1:10. · Email Protection. · Virtual Private Network (VPN).
