Analyse the profile job description for below positions. · Update job specifications / job profiles for each below position. · Update job grades in line updated job specifications for each below position. · Conduct a benchmarking exercise within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector to ascertain alignment with sectoral norms. · Draft a report with recommendations. · The nine (9) job profile, evaluation and benchmarking to be done on are as follows: 1. Manager: Risk Management 2. Engineering Maintenance and Utilities 3. Vaccines Plant Production Manager 4. Veterinary Nurse 5. Main Store Supervisor 6. Compliance Officer 7. Legal Advisor 8. Divisional Administrator 9. Technical and Marketing Manager · Determine the appropriate span of control and clearly defines reporting lines · Conduct job evaluations for the above posts using the Paterson grading system. · The Job profiles should adhere to good practice and must be aligned to the OBP Mandate vision mission and organisational values. · Develop job profiles for the using our organisational structure inclusive of Key performance areas job requirement, job knowledge and job skills. · Develop and provide an electronic catalogue and library on all job profiles.
