Upgrade and repair work at Toxicology animal Camp (Large animals)

1. INSTALLATION OF 4 HEAVY DUTY FARM GATES - Supply and install 4 new heavy duty farm gates. - Size of each gate: 3600mm wide x 1250mm high. - Gates must be strong and suitable for farm animals. Vertical Poles: - Supply and install 170 CCA treated vertical poles. - Height: 2100mm. - Thickness: 250mm to 300mm diameter. - All poles must be treated with Carbolineum / Creosote before planting. Horizontal Poles: - Length: 3200mm to 3500mm. - Thickness: 150mm. - Holes size: 600mm x 600mm. - Use 25MPa concrete. - Join poles with 12mm threaded rods, nuts and washers (galvanised). 2. DIVIDING CAMP INTO FOUR SECTIONS - Divide camp into 4 equal camps. - Each camp size: 19,000mm x 60,000mm. - Middle passage: 3800mm wide. - Work must be straight and strong for livestock safety. 3. INSTALL 500L WATER TROUGHS - Supply and install 500 litre HDPE water troughs. - Install 22mm brass float valves. - Connect properly to water supply. - Check for leaks and ensure stability. 4. STEEL FENCE REPAIRS – STABLES 161, 162, 163 - Repair steel fence at Stables 161, 162 and 163. - Replace damaged round tubing with same size. - Replace damaged fence with same type. - All welding must be strong and protected against rust. 5. CRUSH PAN ROOF PAINTING Surface Preparation: - Remove rust and loose paint. (Prepare and Paint) - Clean steel before painting. Painting: - Apply two coats primer (Red and Black). - Paint roof with high quality (Green) roof paint. - Finish steel structures with Aluminium Silvershine. 6. INSTALL NECK CLAMP WITH ELECTRONIC SCALE - Supply and install neck clamp at creche pan. - Electronic scale capacity: maximum 1000kg. - Ensure proper fixing, stable base and calibration. (Copy of certificate to be provided) 7. RUBBLE REMOVAL AND SITE CLEANING - Contractor must remove all rubble, old poles and scrap metal. (Load, Transport & Dispose) - Disposal of Waste MUST be done at a APRROVED LICENSED FACILITY. - Proof of disposal shall be provided to OBP's OHS officer.
