Conduct a site inspection and verify the roof dimensions, roof pitch, sheet lengths, purlin spacing and existing roof condition before commencing work. Supply all labour, materials, tools, equipment, access equipment and supervision required to complete the work. Provide suitable scaffolding, ladders, mobile elevated work platforms and fall-protection systems. Implement approved working-at-height procedures and secure the work area. Carefully remove existing roof sheets, including associated damaged or deteriorated roofing screws and washers. Remove and dispose of old roofing materials and waste at an approved disposal facility. Inspect the existing roof structure, including purlins, roof trusses and supporting members, for corrosion, damage or deterioration. Report any structural defects to OBP before proceeding with repairs. Structural repairs shall only be undertaken following written approval. Supply new green coated IBR roof sheets, suitable for the existing roof structure and the site's environmental conditions. Ensure the roofing material thickness, coating specification, profile and sheet lengths are approved by OBP before procurement. Install the new IBR sheets in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, ensuring correct side laps, end laps where necessary, alignment and fixing arrangements. Supply and install corrosion-resistant roofing screws with suitable bonded sealing washers compatible with the roof sheets and supporting structure. Install or replace ridge capping, barge flashing, apron flashing, valley flashing and other roof accessories where applicable and included in the approved quotation. Apply suitable weatherproof sealing at roof penetrations, joints and interfaces to prevent water ingress. Ensure all roof sheets are securely fixed and that water drains correctly without ponding or leakage. Conduct a final inspection and water-tightness test using a suitable controlled water test, where appropriate. Remove all installation debris, unused materials and waste from the site. Hand over the completed roof to OBP with the required warranties, product data sheets and completion report.
