he appointed service provider shall be responsible for: Conducting a CAPM training programme aligned with the current PMI CAPM certification examination content. Providing all training materials, including participant manuals, presentations, case studies, exercises, and reference resources. Delivering instructor-led training (either classroom, virtual, or hybrid) by qualified and experienced facilitators. Covering all knowledge areas and project management principles required for the CAPM certification examination. Facilitating practical exercises, group discussions, and project-based learning activities to enhance participant understanding. Administering pre-training and post-training assessments to measure participant learning outcomes. Providing participants with practice examinations and examination preparation support. Issuing certificates of attendance or course completion to participants who meet the attendance requirements. Supplying a detailed training schedule and course outline before the commencement of training.
