SCOPE OF WORK PHASE 1 – ELECTRICAL NETWORK REVIEW & REVERSE ENGINEERING The bidder shall undertake a complete electrical infrastructure survey. Activities shall include: Site Investigation • Physical inspection of all electrical installations. • Identification of all transformers. • Identification of all substations. • Identification of all mini-substations. • Identification of all main distribution boards. • Identification of all motor control centres. • Identification of all generator connection points. • Identification of all busbars. • Identification of all major switchgear. • Identification of all large electrical loads. Reverse Engineering The bidder shall: • Trace electrical feeders. • Identify feeder origins and destinations. • Verify cable routes. • Determine distribution hierarchy. • Verify protection coordination. • Verify generator interfaces. • Verify changeover arrangements. • Verify synchronisation systems where applicable. Network Mapping Develop: • Electrical asset register. • Distribution network hierarchy. • Cable schedules. • Panel schedules. • Load schedules. Electrical Drawings Produce as-built drawings including: Electrical Single-Line Diagrams • Utility incomer. • Main switchboards. • Distribution boards. • Generator systems. • Critical loads. Layout Drawings Showing: • Meter locations. • Switchboards. • Transformers. • Substations. • Generator locations. Metering Architecture Drawings Showing: • Proposed metering hierarchy. • Communication architecture. • Data acquisition architecture. All drawings shall be delivered in: • AutoCAD format • PDF format • Editable native files
