Remove all tiles on the wall 24m² 5. Prepare and paint the security control room with colour chosen by the end-user 6. Prepare and paint the control room ceiling 22m² 7. Repair the lights 8. Close the openings with brick-and-mortar 8m² where roller doors and window removed. 9. Supply and install 18 BTU air-conditioner (Reliable brand) 10. Supply and Install two Bandit doors on a Sally Port (Airlock) • 1x Bandit door with view panel G3 • 1x Bandit door with view G1 • 1x Bandit door with C3 for Escape route 11. Build one line of exterior wall with brick and mortar around the control room for 1000mm (24m²) 12. Bullet Proof stainless steel Tinted window 600x600 with shallow pass-through tray for issuing firearms. Compliance with SANS 1263:2013-part 3 class RC to provide capability against a 7.62 mm x 51mm. 14.Supply and install the floor carpet 23m² Server Room 1. Supply and install 16mm rebar steel bars to reinforce the ceiling 4.2m² (Black painted) 2. Uplift the floor with 200mm (Raised Floor) (3200mmx1200mm) 3. Install Charcoal Security burglar folding gate sliding along the bottom and top tracks fitted with Euro locking mechanism. 4. Supply and install 12BTU (Reliable brand) Security Office 1. Install and Supply drywall for 2500x3000mm wall. 2. Install and Supply drywall for 2500x3000mm wall. 3. Put frosted look on the aluminium glass door. 4. Remove wall tiles for 15m² 5. Prepare and paint the dry wall 45m² 6. Prepare and paint the room ceiling 7. Repair the lights 8. Supply and install aluminium window 12 BTU (Reliable brand) Main door 1. Install Charcoal Security burglar folding gate sliding along the bottom and top tracks fitted with Euro locking system. 2. Supply and Install Euro lock. Main Access 1. Supply and install shade canopy with Chromadek roof sheeting for (shade) and rain 3000mmx5500mm. 2. Supply and install 3x LED 100W spotlight outside the control room. Main Hall 1. Repair 2x sliding doors and install locking mechanism for both sides. 2. Install and supply 2x Charcoal Security burglar folding gate, sliding along the bottom and top tracks fitted with Euro locking system. 3000mmX2100mm 3. Repair the lighting Passage to the bathroom 1.
