The scope of this procurement is to acquire, install, commission, and provide user training for a Real-Time Cell Analysis (RTCA) System capable of continuously monitoring cell growth, proliferation, viability, morphology, migration, invasion, and cytotoxicity in real time using impedance-based, label-free technology. The system shall be suitable for use in virology, vaccine development, and cell culture research and must support continuous, non-invasive monitoring of adherent cell cultures without the need for endpoint assays
