The vendor shall supply and deliver one factory-sealed pack of 10K MWCO medium-large volume rigid dialysis cassettes (specifically accommodating a 5 mL to 15 mL sample capacity range per unit) featuring integrated self-floating housing elements. The cassettes must be constructed from highly purified regenerated cellulose membranes to ensure maximum target protein retention (& 45 kDa) while permitting rapid, bidirectional diffusion of low molecular weight compounds.
