License Management and Flexibility: Allow administrators the flexibility to reassign licenses between accounts during the contract term to manage employee turnover or structural adjustments. Technical Support Escalation: Act as the Tier-1 and Tier-2 support partner for license activation anomalies, subscription assignment errors, and direct escalation paths to Microsoft global engineering.
