TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER TO HOST, SUPPORT AND SECURELY MAINTAIN THE OBP BUYER’S PORTAL FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS

The service provider is required to deliver the following: • Provide a dedicated hosting portal system with 99.999% uptime and availability • Provide an MS Window Server platform of the required build, including: o Maintenance and support, o Patching and updating, o Security ensuring Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability o Regular security level reporting • Provide system uptime and accessibility monitoring information monthly and when required including: o Usage, o Availability, o Performance, o Maintenance, o Incidents, o Backup • Provide required technical support resource(s) • Maintain full backup always • Provide Disaster Recovery for solution • Support inbound and outbound connection to the portal • Enter into a Service Level Agreement with OBP
