Appointment of a service provider to Supply and Install security CCTV Systems at OBP

SCOPE OF WORK Service providers are herewith invited to submit proposal installation for Security CCTV with RELIABLE BRAND at all identified high risk areas. Supply and installations of the new Security CCTV systems high picture quality that must comply with SANS 10222-1-4:2015 including its necessary equipment/accessories. Connect the newly installed units to existing system infrastructure such as cabling and network switches etc. Installed network camera cable supplied for the surveillance system, must be grey in colour, with green RJ45 connection head. Supply and install CCTV Surveillance system which have the enhanced abilities to be connected and managed from one central point (Security control room), The CCTV surveillance equipment must be connected through the VPN to the main central server at OBP. The Network Video Recorders (NVR) must back up after hours, and back-up for a minimum of 90 days to the central Network Attached Storage (NAS), Supply the CCTV surveillance system which will have a secured network preventing it from cyber-attacks Hidden/Enclosed power outlets for CCTV systems to prevent unauthorised switching off. Integrate the current CCTV camera system into the NVR to view them on the same LCD screen. Supply network points with patch lead and fly lead.
