Media Monitoring Monitoring of Print, Broadcast & SA Online Media Includes playback of broadcast clips (audio and visual) DALRO Copyright Free Read set-up, ongoing training and technical support Delivery Platform & Stats Reports - Access to a web-based, password-protected delivery platform. All media content that is generated for OBP is immediately available on the platform where it can be securely accessed. - Scheduled statistical reports can be generated from the platform (PDF and Excel) and archived for later use. Electronic e-book - An e-book displaying OBP’s press coverage in a personalised e-book. This should be automatically created somehow, and electronically delivered on a weekly and/or monthly basis. Batch Emails - Batch email notifications, consolidating individual alerts from all media platforms into one email should be received. These emails can be sent at hourly intervals, weekly. Research & Analysis - An analysis to identify trends within the editorial and social media mentions should be received by OBP. - Reports should include concise executive summaries of the prominent media trends and issues, accompanied by Statistical Reports which can include graphs and charts that provide a graphical representation of the coverage. - Monthly narrative reports that includes an overview of identified trends on a monthly basis. The report will include graphs and charts for further insights into the coverage received from print, broadcast, and online media. - Sentiment Analysis; media coverage is rated as either positive, negative, neutral, or mixed. Social Media Monitoring: - Real-time brand tracking on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. - Verified contact access to the mobile and desktop application daily is requested. - Daily alert for a roundup of all mentions that occurred through the day. - Sentiment to determine positive, negative and neutral mentions. - Sortbins for data segmentation on key themes. - Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
