Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Training for QMS. Training to be done on site at OBP. Training to be provided over two (2) days. Training for 5 employees. Service provider to provide refreshments for the 5 candidates over two (2) days training. Service provider to provide certificate of competence. Training must be inline with ISO 9001. Training must cover the following: Overview of corrective action systems, The corrective action system, Identify Problems/Opportunities in their work place, Non-conformances (NC) and trending of NC, Root-cause analysis tools and techniques eg. five whys,fishbone diagram, Verifying effectiveness of corrective actions, Critical success factors for an effective Corrective and Preventive Action system, Management of an effective Corrective & Preventive Action system, Problem solving techniques, Practical application.
