To conduct Medical Surveillance for all OBP employees, identify and report any concerns to the health of employees as well as providing the report and Certificates of Fitness within reasonable times to allow for any actions that might be required by the organization. The baseline medical shall consist of the detailed occupational history, medical history, physical examination, audiometry test, spirometry test, vision test/screening, vital signs, Ergonomics Questionnaire, Shift Work Questionnaire and Working at Heights Questionnaire. And also Chest X-rays.
