Thin coatings or paints are strictly forbidden as they risk chipping and particle shedding. • Total System Thickness: 2.5 mm nominal thickness (range: 2.0 mm to 3.0 mm). • Finish: High-gloss, smooth, perfectly flat, pinhole-free, and non-porous. • Specialized Formulation: Must feature built-in antibacterial performance and low-VOC emissions to safeguard production environments. • Chemical Resistance: Mandatory tolerance against 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA), vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP), and high-strength chlorine-based disinfectants (>1,000 ppm).
