Supply and delivery of high-quality microbiological culture media and chemical indicators. General Quality & Operational Requirements • Grade & Manufacturing Standard: All products must be manufactured in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 certified facilities under strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). All culture media must comply with ISO 11133 quality performance criteria. • Chemical Grade: Reagents and indicators must be certified Analytical Reagent (AR) / ACS Grade with standard purity levels ( or higher, supported by assay). • Quality Assurance Documentation: Every delivered lot/batch must be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) detailing chemical purity, pH, physical characteristics, performance testing with specific control strains (ATCC strains), and expiry dates. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) must be provided. • Packaging & Integrity: o Powders and media must be supplied in airtight, moisture-resistant, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) containers equipped with tamper-evident, induction-sealed screw caps to prevent clumping/caking during storage. o Indicators must be packaged in light-resistant, amber glass or UV-shielded containers. • Shelf Life: All products must have a minimum remaining shelf life of 24 months from the date of receipt/delivery at the testing facility. • Lead Time: Complete delivery within 7 to 10 working days from the receipt of an official Purchase Order (PO).
